Once we receive the form and payment, we begin processing. Most tenant screening reports are completed and returned via email to the prospective landlord within 24–48 hours, and within the same business day if placing a rush order.

Resident verification from current and previous landlords
Complete credit report along with a credit score
National criminal background
including misdemeanors, felonies, sex offenses, drug charges, and domestic violence

Charge an application fee. It is common practice to charge a rental application fee for the background check.
Have the applicant supply their credit card number on the Price Cover Sheet to cover the cost of the tenant screening.
